I stepped into property at the age of 20 when I completed my first renovation. This was a three bedroom terrace house located in my home town where I project managed a full ‘back to brick’ refurb over a 6 month period returning a net profit of £28k.
Having graduated from Newcastle University in Business Management, I went on to train as an estate agent. Now I work with a large property organisation as a property consultant where my main role is to source great investment properties and project manage developments on behalf of our clients.

Kate Dawson, Property Coach
I started investing in properties in 2018 and have since founded Your Property Development. Having started the property venture in serviced accommodation we now also focus on renovations, flips, buy to lets and serviced accomadation.
I have always had a passion for property and love to transform old run down buildings. Having left my role as a business studies teacher to create my own company, I still love teaching others and therefore offer Your Property Coaching as part of our business. I also work with investors allowing us to establish more property development opportunities.
