We are Kate and Sam, property developers and investors. Our current projects focus on renovations and refurbishments, holiday lets and long term rentals. Through buying properties that are run down, we are able to renovate in order to add value and sell for a profit. We’re looking for clients who wish to invest with us and generate greater returns on their savings.

We offer fixed interest rates on your investment.
Short-term, 8-12 months investments with an option to reinvest.
Mutually agreed terms signed by both parties.
Minimum investment of £10,000 (with much larger investment opportunities available).

Location
Based in the north of England, we focus our investments in Yorkshire and Northumberland. Whitby is a lovely fishing town on the North East Coast where we first invested. We started by purchasing run down properties to renovate and then offered serviced accommodation in the holiday let market. Whitby has many events throughout the year extending the peak period for holiday-makers. The coast continues to be very popular and we plan to develop our investments in Northumberland.
