Although this property wasn’t a holiday let when we bought it we knew it would rent out well as it was in a great location. This was the first property that we developed for the holiday market and it was mostly about the interior design and making sure our future guests were comfortable and had everything they needed for a luxurious break away. We bought new furniture and decorated it throughout.
