Rock Pipit, Whitby, North Yorkshire

This was one of the first properties that we bought in Whitby which was always a holiday let so we were able to get a good return immediately. We have since redecorated the property throughout and developed the garden areas more. This property is very well located in Whitby as it is very close to both the beach and the main town with some fantastic bars and restaurants.
